Responsibilities
- Perform concierge supervisory duties including baggage and transportation arrangement.
- Greet VIP guests and enhance in-house guest engagement.
- Handle guest comments and complaints with tact in accordance to the hotel’s policies and procedures.
- Promote hotel facilities including Health Club, Business Centre and F&B outlets;
- Offer professional insights and tips of travel to hotel guests.
- To provide on-the-job training to new join colleagues; &
- Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years working experience in hotel industry (Minimum 1 year for Supervisor).
- Higher Diploma or above is required.
- Independent & confident to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good team player with excellent communication skills in both English & Chinese ; &
- Additional language would be an advantage.
