Responsibilities:

• Support sales team on post-sales and pre-sales materials / documents preparation are accurate and meet all the compliance & regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with various internal departments to enable the post-sales activities smooth in a timely manner.
• Order input to ensure the process according to requirements, accurate and service provisioning on time. 
• Prepare the reports to facilitate sales teams for related activities. 
• Maintain and update customer base info.
• Perform User Acceptance Test on new products roll out or service enhancements.

Requirements:

• HKCEE/DSE graduated or Diploma holder in business, marketing or related discipline.  
• 2 years' working experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Support preferably gained in telecommunications, online, insurance or banking industry.  
• Good business and customer service sense and able to work under pressure. 
• Good communication skill and work with different parties in good relationship. 
• Good analytical thinking , self-motivated and independent and meet with tight timelines. 
• Proficiency in computer literate and  MS Office (Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing).
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
