Job Summary:

Job Duties:

Responsibilities:

· Assist Product Managers in taking new data products to market and collaborate across various teams and stakeholders throughout the product cycle.

· Leverage research and analysis of competitor products, peer performance and the industry landscape to present data and insights that will drive product decisions.

· Assist in engagements with various third-party partners. Among other responsibilities this will include first line support and facilitating ongoing communication.

· Use data and customer interaction to help define new product requirements and ensure client centricity throughout the product pipeline.

· Provide excellent customer service and stakeholder management inclusive of direct client support.

Requirements:

· Relevant undergraduate degree.

· At least 3-5 years work experience in Exchange and/or a Data business.

· Experience in data analytics packages such as Tableau or Databricks.

· Experience working on or with product teams is desired.

· Proficiency in JIRA.

· Strong analysis and research capabilities.

· Experience in a client facing role is desired.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
