Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Welcome teller/green zone sales experience
2. Provide quality customer service to our retail customers in branch network.
3. Provide quality customer service high-net-worth customer, relationship building 
4. Proactively identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking services and solutions
5. Participate in promotional campaigns to acquire new business and strengthen customer loyalty
6. Support Relationship Manager for daily operation jobs.

Requirements:

1. University degree / Associate degree holders; or HKCEE / HKDSE holders with at least one year of working experience, preferably in financial institution
2. Strong service and sales orientation, self-motivated with good communication skills
3. Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
4. IIQE: 1, 2, & 3and HKSI 1,7,8 (Must)   
5. Less experience will also consider
