Position Description:

1.Discover the training needs of different sales channels, meet the business development needs of the company, design professional courses covering different fields, and produce teaching materials to enhance personal professional skills and drive performance growth.

2.Teach various training courses effectively.

3.Manage all types of training records properly.

4.Assist in product research and provide product analysis.

1、發掘不同銷售渠道的培訓需求，契合公司業務發展需求，設計涵蓋不同領域的專業課程，並製作教學材料，以提升個人專業技能，帶動業績增長。

2、高效教授各類培訓課程。

3、妥善管理各類培訓記錄。

4、協助進行產品研究及提供產品分析。

Position Requirements:

1.Have 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience.

2.Have language proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

3.Those with insurance sales experience will be given priority.

4.Holding various professional qualifications, such as CFP, FLMI, NLP Practitioner, etc., is better.
