Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership and Innovation: In-depth research and application of the latest AIGC technology, especially 2D and 3D model generation technology, to design and implement highly realistic and interactive digital humans.
• Model Optimization and Implementation: Optimize existing 2D/3D models to enhance rendering efficiency and visual effects, ensuring smooth performance of digital humans across different platforms.
• Cross-Disciplinary Integration: Explore new boundaries of digital humans in sound interaction and emotional expression by combining sound processing and music production technologies to enhance the realism of user experience.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, design, and audio teams to drive the entire process of digital human projects from concept to finished product, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion.
• Technical Innovation and Sharing: Stay updated on industry trends, continuously learn new technologies, regularly share research findings, and drive the continuous improvement of the team's technical capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields, with a solid foundation in computer graphics and artificial intelligence.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with priority given to those who have successfully participated in 2D/3D model development projects in the digital human, gaming, or film industries.
• Proficiency in at least one mainstream 3D modeling and animation software (such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, etc.), familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Some understanding of sound processing technology, with experience in audio synthesis and sound design being a plus.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python, C++, and experience using deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Excellent teamwork spirit, good communication skills, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
