Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the team to provide all round HR & Administration services
- Responsible for office administration; maintain supplies & bookkeeping
- Coordinate travel arrangements with designated travel agents
- Handle APEC card application and follow-up
- Handle petty cash and record expenses
- Provide backup for front desk receptionist as needed
- Assist in General Insurance renewal
- Maintain HRIS Attendance, Leave Management & Employee Benefits enrolment
- Manage the database incl. set up access card
- Manage the onboarding of new employees
- Support in recruitment, training and engagement activities
- Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- At least 1 year of Human Resource or Admin hands on experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
- Immediate available is preferred
