Our client, a leading financial technology firm, is seeking an Application Developer. Key Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced environment to deliver mission critical trading systems;
• Participate in development, testing and implementation of finance applications;
• Depends on experience and skills, candidates will be assigned to projects including but not limited to server-side development, front-end (web, desktop and mobile Apps) development;
• Prepare test scripts and data, and participate in system tests;
• To investigate, troubleshoot and resolve production issues; and
• Prepare documentations, e.g. system specifications and test cases.

Required Experience/Skills

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a software developer.
• Experience with the following technologies:
  Must-Have: Java or ReactJS
  Preferred: Spring, React Native, Next.js, SQL
• Understanding of OOP: Knowledge of object-oriented programming and multi-threaded application design is a plus.
• Proficient in Cantonese, conversational English and Mandarin
