Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect requirements from merchants (Service Providers) and System Integrators.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the necessary services or system solutions to Service Providers and System Integrators.
  • Support Service Providers and System Integrators in integrating with the Octopus payment system.
  • Regularly review partners’ applications to ensure they meet Octopus’s required standards.
  • Resolve technical or operational issues within the Service Provider’s application.
  • Draft letters, service notices, and documents (e.g., Operating Rules and training materials) for Service Providers and System Integrators.
  • Monitor daily transactions to ensure timely processing for Service Providers.
  • Address merchant inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Prepare management reports.
  • Reengineer existing workflows to improve processes.
  • Provide support and services to internal partners and external merchants outside of regular office hours.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holders in Information, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in IT field and merchant serving field, of which includes at least 5 year working experience in supervisory level
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • A fast learner with strong analytical skills
  • Good communication, people management and project management skills
  • Good knowledge in payment system for transportation, retail and self-service industries 
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn and committed to self-development
