Our clients, a well known local consumer finance company in Hong Kong, is looking for a high calibre to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome walkin customers and call customers for following up about loan application 歡迎客人及電話跟進貸款申請
• Handle customer enquiries and provide advice 處理客戶查詢及提供建議  
• Handle complaints from customers 處理客戶投訴 
• Process loan application and admin tasks 處理客戶貸款申請及相關行政工作
• Help in transaction process including loan disbursment and loan repayment over the counter 幫助處理交易金額包括貸款放款或客戶於櫃位還款

Requirements

• Secondary education 中學或以上
• Experience in Consumer Finance/banking industry is preferable 有銀行/ 財務機構客戶服務經驗優先
• Good interpersonal and communication skills 良好溝通能力
