Your Role:

• Monitor the phone calls to ensure the data accuracy
• Prepare daily reports 
• Follow the guidelines
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required 

Work Hours & Location:

• Monday to Friday (09:00am – 06:00pm)
• Mei Foo (near MTR station)

Requirements:  

• Form 5 / DSE Graduate or above 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications 
• Good command in spoken Chinese and basic written English
• Independent and Interpersonal skills
