Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationship with existing and potential clients
• Liaise with factories and external parties on business issues proactively and independently to ensure On-Time-Delivery 
• Handle new project engineering discussion with Tier 1 customers
• Handle 8D and complaints from Tier 1 / OEM customers  
• Key account follow up including order processing, quality issues and new project development
• Any other ad-hoc tasks / duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Engineering or Science related
• Experience in Automotive industry preferred, knowledge of 8D, PPAP, TS16949 and ISO9001 will be an advantage
• Min. 5 years’ key account management experience, knowledge in silicone will be an advantage
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and proficient in English
• A good team player, presentable interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Willing to travel to mainland China and overseas countries
• Able to work under pressure and independently
