Responsibilities:

• Work closely with key users to collect business requirements
• Drive business process analysis meeting to ensure business requests are fully understood
• Analyse workflow and decompose high-level business requirements into functional requirements
• Make recommendations to improve efficiencies of business function from IT perspective
• Develop and manage project plan based on budget and scope
• Work closely with external vendors for project development and implementation
• Provide guideline for key users in developing the UAT and monitor the testing process
• Provide support and training for key users
• Track the effectiveness of application implementation by collecting users’ feedback
• Prepare system documentations including system specification and system testing

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 5 years experiences in systems analysis with project management experience
• Sound knowledge in software development, IT infrastructure, applications and  new technology trends
• Open-minded with strong business acumen
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to meet project deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Experience in education industry would be an advantage
