Responsibilities

1. Check the quality of the finished product and its materials, use appropriate equipment for testing, and fill in the results in the record form.

檢查成品及其材料的質量，使用適當的設備進行測試，在記錄表中填寫結果。

2. Responsible for daily quality inspection work IQC, FSQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC according to company's operating procedures / work instructions, and report any nonconformities to supervisor;

根據公司營運程序/ 工作指引，負責日常 IQC、FSQC、IPQC、FQC 及 OQC 出貨等的質檢工作，並向主管滙報不合格品的情況。

3. Monitor quality inspection results, technical data and compile reports.

定期整理質檢數據、技術資料及提交報告

4.Perform OQC at subcontractor / supplier site before productshipment, if and when  necessary, assuring products comply specification.

有需要時到分包商或供應商廠房進行 OQC，確保產品符合規格要求

5. Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by Department Head.

協助一些部門主管特別或突發工作

Requirements

• Diploma in Science and Mechanical Engineering or related discipline 
• At least 1 years of solid experience in quality control or manufacturing industry
• Experience in production / product quality inspection is preferred.
• Familiar with sample evaluation, manufacturing and assembly process 
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Mature, self-initiative and able to work independently under pressure
• Immediate availability is preferred
