Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct data analysis on system performance to predict and prevent potential failures.  
2. Manage capacity for critical components to enhance system efficiency and improve Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE).  
3. Implement change management processes to prevent disruptions during operational changes.
4. Develop and maintain standard operating and emergency procedures to maximize operational efficiency across all sites.  
5. Restore normal operations after failures, perform root cause analysis, and assist with annual internal/external audits for compliance.

*Job Requirements:*

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field. 
2. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in mission-critical facilities preferred.
3. Proficiency in spoken English and Chinese. 
4. Preferred certifications include REW A0/B0 or higher. 
5. Data Center Cooling Professional (DC Dynamics) certification is a plus. 
6. Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 implementation is desirable.
