Job Description
91APP customer service team responsible for clients' after sales service, including but not limited to fashion, beauty & F&B. Our team provides an excellent opportunities to get involved with e-commerce's world in different industry.
Responsibilities
- Handle general service enquiry and complaints from customers via phone, email and other platforms
- Provide excellent user experience for the customers
- Follow up after-sales service including but not limited to delivery, order cancel and refund etc.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on all order related issues
- Responsible for ad hoc assignment if required
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in customer service
- Ecommerce operation experience will be an advantage
- Knowledge in Zendesk & Omnichat will be an advantage
- CS experience in Service Centre is an advantage
- Good command in both English and Chinese
- Proficient in Chinese word processing
- Customer-oriented with good problem-solving, presentation and communication skills
- Can work independently
- Candidate with more experience may be considered for Senior Customer Service Officer
