Responsibilities: 

This position is central in the company, similar to project coordinator. You will:

• Centralize the information coming from sales team in order to start new developments (technical files, quantities forecasts, specific points to pay attention to, targets,..)

• Divide the job between several supporting teams

• Realize the internal costing of items

• Realize the sourcing of raw materials or subcontractors

• Ensure the communication with and report to sales about your results, conclusions

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above, with minimum 3 years relevant experience

• Experience in packaging business (preferably made with paper / cardboard / grey board)

• Honest, independent and able to work with deadlines

• A high sense of empathy (=put your colleagues in the best working conditions) and synthetic

• Troubleshooter and able to suggest cost savings or improvements

• Motivated to learn and go into detail of manufacturing or production process

• Good sense of understanding requirements

• Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a MUST

• Good computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Job Location: Chai Wan (5 minutes walk from Chai Wan MTR station)
