Job Description

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Process data entry into the ERP system to create PI & PO,
  • Prepare and confirm the purchase orders, make shipment arrangements and keep track of the date of arrival,
  • Handle data input to ERP system. Prepare the analysis and summary report,
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the superior. 

Requirements:  

  • Form 6 graduate or diploma or above related disciplines,
  • At least 2 years experience in trims/garment Merchandising or Purchasing is preferred (i.e. Label, Hangtag, Button),
  • Energetic, good negotiation skills and able to work under a fast paced environment,
  • Ability to work in a team environment,
  • Mature, independent, detail-minded, initiative, stable with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good command of English and PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook,
  • Immediate available preferred.
