Senior Quality Manager – Cookware (JC-20140405-SQM)

Our client is one of the leading US buying office. They are currently seeking for a high calibre to join their Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all the quality function of the company, establish and enforce quality standard to comply with customer requirements

• Monitor the quality assurance system from new product development stage through final shipment

• Handle customers’ technical/quality related question and complaints, work with suppliers to identify root causes and to take appropriate actions in a timely manner

• Organise quality audits, product testing and product inspections.

• Communicate with internal departments and external customers regularly

• Work closely with internal departments to make sure quality issues are well resolved

Requirements:

• Degree holder in engineering, quality management or related disciplines

• 10 years of solid experience in quality assurance, with minimum 3 years of experience in managerial position within buying office preferred

• Be proficient in national and international safety standards

• Knowledgeable in various products such as kitchenware, dinner set, cookware

• Familiar and solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

• Good business sense, communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with good analytical skills

• Willing to travel
