Business Coordinator – Customer Services (Zippers)

Responsibilities:

-          Follow overseas email orders and daily inquires.

-          Co-operate with Purchasing Order team and shipping team, finance team to catch tight delivery schedule.

-          Perform good customer service, complains solving, establish relationship with customers.

-          General office work, phone inquiries.

Requirement:

-       F.7 or above with at least 3-5 year solid working experience in customer service, familiar with Garments / Zippers / Label / Button / Hangtag / Trims advantage.

-       Good Zipper knowledge is an advantage.

-       Experience in using ERP system is highly preferable.

-       Reliable, honest, willing to learn, easy manner & co-operative.

-       Positive attitude is a must.

-       Able to work independently under pressure.

-       Fluency in English (written and spoken), Mandarin and Cantonese.

-       Proficient in computer & MS Excel applications.
