We are looking to recruit a Production Executive / Production Officer.

Job aims are:
- Developing and implementing music marketing and strategies for the company and clients;

- Build excellent corporate image through proactive PR activities including both internal and external communications activities;

- Undertake A&R, Studio Scheduling and PR Events, etc;

- Monitor and arrange the entitle music productions;

- Provide professional consultancy and assistance for Baron School of Music and Baron Junior Music Academy (school programs & related events)

- Monitor and manage writers' productions and Library update.

The successful candidate should:

- University graduate in Music, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines preferred;

- Highly preferable with A&R experiences, Music Training, and strong interest in Hong Kong's music industry;

- Able to work independently, proactive & long hours;

- Multi-tasking with excellent and communication skills;

- Have music training background is a must;

- Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese;

- Minimum of 2-year working experience, candidate with less experience will be considered as Production Officer.
