Job Description
Job Duties:
- Manage a team to provide pre & post-sales support and project management for multi-vendor products and solutions
- Act as IT technical consultant and advisor internally and externally
- Conduct product testing, evaluation, feasibility studies and POC on new products and solutions
- Conduct trainings, presentations & demonstrations on the multi-vendor products and solutions to customers
- Provide supports on project kick-off and on-going project management
- Team management, coaching, staff development & appraisal
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent
- 7 years’ experience in Networking, Security, and or Cloud products, solutions implementation and support, e.g. anti-virus, firewall, WAF, IPS, VPN.
- Minimum of 4 years managerial/ supervisory experience is required
- Experience in Service Management and Project Management
- Process of industrial certifications like CISSP, CSA, PMP/PRINCE certification a plus.
- Excellent customer facing and problem solving skills
- Good presentation skills, communication in both spoken & written Cantonese and English
