Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering professional services in networking and security areas to clients
- Lead a team to provide pre & post-sales support and project management for multi-vendor products and solutions
- Conduct trainings, presentations & demonstrations on the multivendor products and solutions to customers
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 5 years work experience in data networking
- Demonstrated ability in providing pre and pro-sales and customer services.
- Strong problem solving, analytical, communication and consultative skills
- Initiative, customer-focused, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good teamwork, interpersonal and customer-relations skills
- Process of industrial certifications like CISSP, CSA, PMP/PRINCE certification a plus.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
