Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle IT Service Desk support to end-user
- Provide daily incident and service request handling and reporting
- Experience on Win XP to Win 7 migration
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Computer Science or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows desktop platform support
- MCP, MCSE or MCITP is preferred
- ITIL Foundation Certification is an advantage
- Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
