Our Client is world renowned retail group. They are currently seeking for a high-caliber to join them.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Retail Manager to manage daily operation of retail shops
• Implement ways to manage and execute the retail sales plan and business strategies for retail outlets
• Set work standards to frontline staff and formulate relevant procedures and practices
• Ensure high quality of store presentation and service standard; collaborate with VM team to implement corporate merchandising programs
• Work on new locations selection and existing location renovation
• Work closely with buying team for inventory management

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, in which 3 years at supervisory level
• With solid experience in fashion retail chain is highly preferable
• Result-oriented, proactive and energetic
• Analytical, strategic thinker with good problem solving skills
