Product Manager – FMCG / Food and Beauty product (JC- 20140412-PM)

Our client is a leading health food and skincare company, they are inviting high caliber to join their Marketing Team

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing plan and provide insights for the team
• Manage and formulate marketing strategies in accordance with the company policy, sales targets and requirements of company continuous growth
• Research the market environment, including trends, competitive products, market size, pricing and distribution channels
• Lead marketing projects to achieve customer awareness
• Maintain the P&L and achieve the sales targets
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management

Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing or related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years experience with marketing, product management and/or strategy responsibility
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns, able to drive innovative and effective promotion strategies to support business growth
• Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Creative, proactive and result-driven
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese
