Purpose of Position

• Customer database management;
• Participate to prepare the telemarketing plan;
• Implement the telemarketing plan by means of sending letters and calling to target customers;
• Monitoring customer satisfaction by providing happy calls services;
• Carryout post training survey, prepare report and follow up customers’ needs;
• Support marketing campaigns and event management.

Responsibilities

• Collect and maintain the customer database;
• Select of appropriate potential customers from the customers database to support specific marketing campaign;
• Implement the telemarketing plan by sending letter and/or call existing and/or potential customers to capture sales leads for certification and training services. to collect feedback on training and certification services;
• Collect feedback on training and certification services to evaluate the customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Build and maintain close relationship with existing customers, understand their needs to provide support to ensure provision of the desired services and enhance up sell opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements 

• Diploma or above;
• Min 1 year sales or telesales experience;
• Strong telephone communication skills;
• Proactive, fast learner;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
