Responsibilities:

• To manage shop daily operations
• To lead the shop staff to provide quality service to customers
• Facilitate sales transactions
• Responsible for staff development and coaching
• Responsible for buying for the shops each season
• Responsible for retail operations of all shops in China, HK & Macau

Requirements

• Diploma holder with 5 years’ experience in high fashion retailing, 3 years of which on the managerial level, preferably in shoes industry
• Experiences in PR and marketing areas preferable
• Self-initiated team player with strong leadership and strategic thinking
• Mature, pleasant, detail-minded and customer-oriented with good communication skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin & English
• Frequent Travel to major cities in China and overseas
• Less experience would be considered as Assistant Brand Manager
