Swire Properties is looking for an exceptional Marketing Officer who will help us develop our marketing capabilities and build on our excellent reputation. Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Corporate, the Marketing Officer's key areas of responsibility will involve all aspects of marketing mix, including brand management, planning and implementation of events and initiatives, as well as creation and production of corporate marketing tools and materials.

The successful candidate will likely have the following personal profile:

• University graduate or above, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in marketing related field
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English & Chinese
• Positive team player with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive and flexible
• Keenly interested in design, marketing and real estate industry
• Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Sound knowledge and solid experience in design and digital marketing preferred
