Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To monitor system monitors for irregularity and system incidents
- To perform coordination and escalation when incident arise
- To assist in incident logging and well define procedure execution, and other ad-hoc system operation tasks as needed (e.g. system file download, etc.)
- Perform incident and job activities logging
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- Minimum 1 year solid experience in computer field or control room
- Familiar with application systems console monitoring and incident escalation
- Strong team player with experience to execute well defined incident handling procedure
- With general knowledge on computer MS windows server and Linux usage
- Able to work under 24x7 shift basis
