Requirements:

• University Degree - Bachelor in Chemistry or Biology preferred or equivalent academic qualifications
• 3~4 years practical experience preferred
• Knowledge in environmental protection science is an asset
• Excellent in spoken/written English, up-to-date style of Chinese business expressions currently uses in Mainland China, and fluent in Putonghua is essential.
• Willing to travel between Hong Kong and Mainland China when necessary
• Candidates with tertiary education in China, having received Chinese culture at large and arrived in Hong Kong for career development are also welcome.
  

Areas of Responsibility

• To assist the Management to develop and implement marketing programs and events in line with the corporate business goal
• To liaise with customers and internal departments for inventory control
• To liaise with Shenzhen branch office and customers in China with fluent Putonghua
• To liaise with customers in China using the up-to-date style of Chinese business expressions currently used in China
• To follow up with purchase order details and shipment schedule
• To prepare technical reports, marketing materials, sales documents, presentation materials, etc. by Microsoft Powerpoint, and to assist in the all-round preparation for conducting the presentations
• To make occasional but short business out-trips to Mainland China when necessary
