Our client, a well established securities firm is currently seeking for a high calibre to join the IT team.

Job Description

• 1^st tier support for the trade floor
• Hardware, including dealerboards and mobile devices
• Software
• OS and application support for Windows XP/Windows , MS Office 2010, Lotus Notes
• Trading applications and broker platforms
• Hardware and Software support for other business areas (Back Office, Management)
• Liaising with vendors to ensure appropriate authorisations and account set-up
• Set-up of new PCs and software installation
• Managing market data requests and access change requests

Requirement

• Degree holder in IT
• At least 5 years IT support experience
• Experience in dealing room / trading floor support  
• Knowledge on supporting Bloomberg, Blackberry, BSS - E Broker System
• Good communication skills
• Fluent spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Well organized and able to work independently under pressure
