Position Summary: Manage data integrity of apparel/ footwear category development to ensure accurate and updated data information in our system. 

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for data entry to ensure product information is accurate, up to date and in accordance to the product requirements
• Day to day maintenance of internal information systems. Accountable for following data entry policy and procedures and maintaining the integrity of the data.
• Run and resolve all data validations and create regular reports.
• Work with various departments to develop, analyze and track market metrics by using relevant internal systems.
• Responsible for understanding all aspects of product data and the data management process. Act as a liaison with the US and other global offices to share information and best practice and assist in resolution of issues relating to data integrity.
• Participates in ongoing data cleansing activities as required by business rule changes.

Requirements:

• Matriculated or above, preferably major in fashion, textile design, merchandising or equivalent.
• Around 3-5 relevant experiences in data administration and management field. Candidates with sportswear industry background are highly preferred.  
• Strong analytical skills and good numerical sense.
• Detail minded and multi-tasking skill.
• Well organized and ability to operates efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, Illustrator and Photoshop.
