Job Description

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone and written enquiries, appointments and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 
• Promptly identify customer needs and take appropriate actions, including escalating calls when necessary.
• Provide prompt and accurate assessment of inpatient and outpatient claims of local and overseas clients and providers within the service turnaround time
• Provide proactive follow-up and quality services to customers.
• Provide sales and marketing support to corporate sales team.
• Assist in network provider and panel medical services support.
• Prepare call statistics and customer satisfaction survey.

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder or above with minimum 3 years working experience in customer service industry, preferably in healthcare, medical insurance or retail servicing industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent telephone manner and service attitude.
• Strong sense of team spirit, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin is definitely an advantage.
• Able to perform 24-hours shift duty (or night shift duty).
