Requirements

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
• 3-4 years IT technical support experience on PC/Server/Network
• Holder of MCSE/CCNA Certificate is definitely an advantage
• Experience in MS Windows Server, Exchange Server, LAN Networking
• Detail-minded, positive, independent and sense of responsibilities
• Energetic, well-organized, analytical with good problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support to end users and perform helpdesk function
• Handle PC installation/software upgrade, LAN network support and troubleshooting
• Responsible for server operations, network maintenance and monitoring
• Handle server/network device configuration and documentation
• Assist IT Team for other ad hoc projects as assigned
