Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain hardware and software for the system infrastructure
• Install, configure and manage servers and network devices
• Participate in design and planning for the company’s IT infrastructure expansion
• Manage IT assets and software licenses
• Perform troubleshooting and helpdesk functions for end-users
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:        

• Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
• Hands-on experience in installation and administration of Microsoft Windows Servers
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP networking and its performance tuning
• Solid experience in using Cisco networking products will be an advantage
• MCSE and CCNA qualifications preferred
• Experience in supporting software development team will be an advantage
• Able to work on flexible hours preferred
• Initiative, self-motivated and be able to work independently and under tight schedule
• Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
