Job Description
The Job
| - | Implement clinical procedures, treatment and administer medication. |
| - | Administer general health care assessment and examination for residents to develop, implement and evaluate care plans. |
| - | Supervise Personal Care Worker including duty roster arrangement, training delivery and performance management. |
| - | Update and record any changes in resident’s condition and relevant information. |
| - | Handle emergency call and deliver support. |
| Shift and on call duty are required. |
The Person
| - | 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (Syl. B) and Chinese Language OR 5 subjects obtained Level 2 or above in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese. |
| - | Valid practicing certificate (EN) issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong. |
| - | Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in residential elderly service preferred. |
| - | Self-motivated with interest in elderly residential home service. |
| - | Good team player with strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. |
| - | Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details. |
| - | Proficiency in MS Windows application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing. |
