Responsibilities:

• Participate in all aspects of buying process to select right merchandise which ties in K11 Design Store’s strategy and image
• Monitor sales & profit targets as well as sell-thru and identify opportunity to maximize sales
• Monitor and adjust OTB in response to sales target and to maintain stock level to support sales
• Work closely with Marketing team to decide product highlights and marketing events to differentiate the position of K11 Design Store in the market
• Conduct product training and provide latest market information to sales team for them to provide quality services to customers
• Work closely with VM team on shop display to deliver correct image to customers and enhance sales opportunity

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in merchandising field or retail of home & lifestyle industry
• Preferred experience in designer furniture and lighting business
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both in Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Strong analytical ability with excellent negotiation and communication skills
