Responsibilities:

• Provide full range of Lotus Notes end-user supports including the Lotus Domino server administration tasks, managing & troubleshooting Domino related affairs to remote offices
• In charge of the Lotus Domino server upgrading project
• Formulate & monitor email messaging polices for the group, prepare technical documents & user guidelines of Lotus Notes  
• Coordinate with Lotus Domino service consulting provider to gain 2nd level support
• Support email messaging services to Blackberry & various mobile devices

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in IT / Computer Science or related disciplines
• Holder of Domino CLP 8 or related certificates are preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in Notes/Domino administration in multi-server environment
• Hands-on experience supporting Blackberry Enterprise Server & Lotus Traveler with different mobile devices
• Experience in Linux is an advantage
• Solid experience in Networking & Firewall is preferred
• Good command in written & spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Self-motivated & able to work under pressure
• Immediate availability is preferred
