Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and supervise merchandising teams to monitor overall from product development to production
• Work with design and merchandising teams to set up and closely monitor the time & action calendar
• Liaise with design team and internal parties to ensure quality control and on-time delivery
• Lead merchandising teams to source new suppliers / factories, and maintenance good working relationship with existing ones
• Evolve to negotiate competitive price with vendors and factories

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Fashion / Textile or related disciplines
• At least 10 years’ solid merchandising experience in sweater / knit / woven with 3 - 4 years at the managerial level
• Solid hands on experience & technical knowledge
• Experience in dealing with overseas design team
• Strong sourcing & negotiation skills
• Fluent in spoken & written of English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good communication, planning, analytical and leadership skills
• Mature, open-minded, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Travel to PRC is required
