•  Degree holder in Procurement, Purchasing, Materials Management or related disciplines;
• Over 5 years working experience with sounded knowledge in procurement procedures, standards and policies;
• Solid experience in Electronic Industry especially in sourcing for electronic parts and components will be an advantage;
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English (Japanese is an advantage).
• Well-versed in MS Office applications and knowledge in Chinese Word Processing;
• Occasionally business trip is required.
• Responsible for sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and procurement of goods and service to ensure the best value for price, quality, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers in the most efficient and effective manner;
• Support to all purchasing and procurement matters;
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of suppliers;
• Liaise with suppliers, sales, engineers and factories in determining needs and timelines;
• Liaise with internal departments;
• Data analysis and prepare regular reports;
• Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
