Job Description

Data Center Support/Helpdesk support – Investment Bank PERMANENT SHIFT 16k-25K

Responsibilities

Data Center Helpdesk support
Data Center Backup monitoring and Tape Management,
perform physical activities like server installation and patching cables

Requirements
·   1~2 year experience in Helpdesk support/  / Customer support Engineer.

Should be bi-lingual
Work Details
Shift timing Work in shifts including weekend support (5 days per week)
Shift timings :
Weekdays : 8am ~ 4pm or 3pm ~ 11 pm
Weekend : 9am ~ 6pm

During out of shift timing there might be around 6~8 on-call stand by support required / Month. Only if there is any requirement, need to be onsite for support.
Work Location Central Fo Tan # Shift will be on rotation in either one of the location
