Job Description
System & Network Engineer
Duties:
- Provide technical support to users in different offices on system, servers , software/hardware and networking issue
- Perform 2nd tier troubleshooting and resolve customers’ problem in PC system
- Proven track record in supporting Windows network, AD and MS Exchange server
- Provide technical support, problem resolution and video conferencing setup as well as systems and LAN / WAN installation, configuration and administration
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies or equivalent
- Must have 3 yrs exp or above in LAN/WAN network design and infrastructure deployment, server administration, trouble-shooting and user support under AD, MS Exchange Server, Windows network and Technical Support
- Experience in PC hardware & software, standard MS applications (e.g. MS office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, Exchange) and servers admin/support (Windows & Exchange) and network (switches, routers, Firewall, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, MS ISA, VoIP gateway, wireless network, anti-virus systems) and CISCO
- MCP, MCITP, MCSE, CCNA and/or CCNP certified will be an Advantage
- Experience in IIS and Web platform support is an added advantage
- Have IT project management and IT related procurement experience
- Independent, good supervisory skill and communication skill
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer handling skills
- More experience will consider as Senior System Engineer
IT Assistant
Job Description:
- Provide user support on PC and system functions
- Provide system maintenance support & network support to end users
- Assist supervisor in servers and network equipment's monitoring
- Perform backup activities and support daily operation
- Provide any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in end user support
- Hands on experience in supporting PC desktop running on Microsoft Windows platform, internet application
- Familiar with Microsoft products such as MS Windows XP / MS Window 7, MS Office 2003 / 2007
- Experience on using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Good telephone manner and have good communication skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Eager and interested to learn desktop related technology
