The Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for project management and system architect of technical solutions for quad-play services with quality and deliverables fully meeting business requirements. The candidate will work closely with Product / Marketing to formulate the technical direction and evolution path of the solution and roadmap.

• Manage user requirements and user relationships  
• Ensure project deliverables to be on time and meet quality standards
• Ensure comprehensive O&M capability for new products rollout to support service provisioning and restoration
• In charge of development planning, implementation, version release and deployment
• Formulate technical direction and evolution roadmap
• Manage software development lifecycle

• Manage vendors on solution delivery and technical support 

The Person

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines with minimum 6 years’ relevant experience
• Solid knowledge and experience in Information & Communication Technology (ICT) software application development, system design, protocol standards, and telecom network
• Solid experience in new product / service roll-out and support
• Hands-on development experience in Java, Linux, Android, CMS, database and web services
• Sound knowledge in Wi-Fi, IP network and video streaming technologies          
• Familiar with development framework such as Struts, Spring, is an asset
• Experience in vendor management, RFP / RFI processes  
• Good Analytical skill to resolve technical requirements and to devise solution
• Innovative, able to initiate new technical ideas riding on latest technology trend
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Candidate with less experience/qualifications will be considered for the post of System Analyst
