Responsibilities:

• Participate in property valuation, business valuation, consultancy services and feasibility studies
• Assist the Surveyors to prepare property valuation, business valuation, and etc.
• Conduct market research and analysis for property market
• Handle admin works for the valuation team

Requirements:

• Degree in Surveying/Real Estate or relevant qualifications
• High self-motivation, good communication skills with strong organisation and problem solving abilities
• Good project management and communication skills
• Essential to be a good team player with good interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work independently and interact at all levels
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willing to learn
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in computer operation
• Availability in short notice preferred
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered
