Job Description

In this role, you will report to the Company Secretarial Manager and will be responsible for handling a wide range of company secretarial work for the group of companies. You will be organizing and preparing for board meetings, shareholder meetings, drafting minutes, preparing annual report, interim report, announcements, circular, monitoring and ensuring compliance with Main Board listing requirements and all relevant statutory and regulatory matters of the Group.  

To be a successful candidate, you must have at least 5-6 years of relevant experience gained in sizable listed companies. You must have obtained an Associate membership of HKICS / ICSA. Ability to work independently is essential and you must have good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
