Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To carry out on-site technical support for computer systems and related IT services
- To provide hardware & software maintenance service, project rollout and customer support
- Able to operate and support common application software (For example: MS Office)
- Monitoring and administration systems and network in the client site (For example: MS Windows Server 2000/2003/2008, MS Windows XP/Vista/Win 7 & Network Devices)
- Free pre-job and on-the-job training, especially for fresh graduates
- Working location: Tseung Kwan O or Kwai Chung Shek Lei
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- With 1 year experience in technical support services for computer products will be an advantage
- MCP/MCTS holder is preferred
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed
