Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Organized the volume implementation/maintenance for various companies;
  • Supervise daily team operations, resources control and dispatching;
  • Monitor and maintain engineer skill & technician level and follow the team's service standard to provide service to customer;
  • Proactive job/problem escalation to the team supervisor/manager;
  • Follow up with unsatisfied customer to ensure issues are resolved and the customers are satisfied;
  • Assist Team Manager to keep the team operation smoothly;
  • Attend regular review meeting with some dedicated companies to monitor, improvement and implement their computer system;
  • Serve as Account Manager for a no. of valuable account;
  • Cost elimination, design the procedures and action plans for system migration and installation projects;
  • Handling of Tender/RFQ, prepare Scope of Work to account manager;
  • Regular technical Staff performance review and provide the result to supervisor/manager;
  • Report operational achievements and progress to the team manager on a regular basis including statistical analysis and improvement of action plans.

 

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a related function is required, technical project leader with job dispatching experience are preferred;
  • MCSE or / MCITP / MCSA / MCP is preferable;
  • Understanding of ITIL framework;
  • Familiar with software applications relating to Notes Client, Desktop Migration;
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and be result oriented;
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems;
  • Highly motivated, self-directed individual capable of making decisions based on an established framework
  • Must be customer service orientated and believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and initiative;
  • Ability to effectively, maturely and cooperatively work as a part of a team;
  • Strong administrative, verbal and written communication skills are mandatory;
  • Experience in coaching and staff development is mandatory.
