Job Duties:

• Operate computer and associated equipment/facilities according to prescribed standards and procedures
• Monitor daily performance routine operator maintenance
• Monitor and keep track of system faults; report and coordinate with contractor to provide maintenance service on reported faults
• Prepare jobs according to prescribed procedures and ensure their successful completion; check completeness and quality of computer output
• Prepare reports according to prescribed procedures and schedules; verify correctness and perform
• Required modification of generated reports according to prescribed procedures
• Provide first line help service to system users and perform associated help desk activities using tools
• Carry out inspection and take recovery action according to prescribed procedures
• Assist in setting up workstation or networked equipment, scheduling and monitoring computer equipment installation/relocation;
• Fulfill logging and administrative reporting requirements; to maintain access logging for server rooms
• Update and maintain inventory records of computer hardware; perform physical checks; maintain procedure manuals and document

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in IT support
• Solid experience in operation of computer systems in Windows server and Networking support
• Willing to learn and good interpersonal skill
• Good commend in both English and Chinese
• Fresh graduated with IT experience are also considered
