Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide first-tier helpdesk support to end-users to resolve incidents
- Assist in diagnosing PC hardware and software problems, providing solutions and arranging for follow-up action
- Response to request to create, modify or delete email account according to establish procedure
- Configure email account for network access as well as remote access.
- Guide user to perform mailbox replication
- Work with second-tier support to resolve email related problem
- Generate and prepare reports and other documents
Requirement:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science / Computer Subjects
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in PC installation, configuration and application software
- Experience in Windows server, Exchange server and AD support
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
