Job Duties:

• Provide first-tier helpdesk support to end-users to resolve incidents
• Assist in diagnosing PC hardware and software problems, providing solutions and arranging for follow-up action
• Response to request to create, modify or delete email account according to establish procedure
• Configure email account for network access as well as remote access.
• Guide user to perform mailbox replication
• Work with second-tier support to resolve email related problem
• Generate and prepare reports and other documents

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science / Computer Subjects
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in PC installation, configuration and application software
• Experience in Windows server, Exchange server and AD support
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
